Who Would You Hire- Marvel Edition
Trill or Not Trill?
As a student affairs professional with 10 years in the game, I’ve interviewed hundreds of students. From potential orientation leaders to resident assistants to peer mentors, I
have certainly seen it all. One of the exercises that’s been used on college campuses across the country, for group interviews, is called, “Whom Would You Hire?“. I’ve seen variations of it from my days as an undergrad. We used it yesterday, with A Different World, today we are using Marvel characters as the potential candidates. So for your next group interview, show us some love and have a little fun with your students. See if you could pick out who’s who from the Marvel universe. See which heroes would make your staff.
